POLICIES
We appreciate you and want you and all guests to have a wonderful, transformative experience. As a result we have developed a few policies in striving to achieve the most efficient and successful visit.
Advance reservations required for all services at The Seahorse.
Payment policies and charges may vary among the therapists, as most are not employees of the Seahorse, but rather approved practitioners renting treatment rooms.
Please allow additional time for parking. Nearby parking lots can be especially busy in the evenings.
Often, our professionals will attempt to be accommodating when clients are running behind, but please know appointment schedules are often tight. A late arrive may result in a reduced session.
The Seahorse Salt and Massage Therapy offers a great opportunity to disconnect from the outside world. You’ll notice the tranquility when you walk through the door. While we do not require guests turn cellphones and electronic devices off while in our space, they must be silenced. Should a phone call be necessary, please go outside or to the lobby. Please avoid phone conversations in our relaxation room or salt room.
The Seahorse is a small, boutique spa. Space is limited. With the exception of a parent accompanying a child scheduled for treatment, or a caregiver accompanying a client with special needs, friends/family are not permitted to wait in the relaxation room, treatment room or lobby during your service.
Please do not bring outside food or drink into the Seahorse Salt and Massage Therapy.
Smoking is not permitted in the Seahorse, or anywhere on the outside balcony, entryway, or stairs.
We will gladly do our best to accommodate any special needs of our guests. We do ask the courtesy of advance notice of any such special requests to be best prepared to ensure a successful experience for all.
